 * Whats the final verdict on integrating ratings with rich data for it to show 
   stars on search results?
 * The update says its done, but a few users have reported fixing it with code changes?
   Just curious if I should abandon all together?

 * I think you should abandon it. I don’t think I have a fix for it as it is not
   withing my control
