google indexes toolbar content

    When google indexes the page, it shows a following description:

    דילוג לתוכן. פתח סרגל נגישות. נגישות. שחור-לבן; ניגודיות גבוה; ניגודיות שלילית; ניגודיות בהירה; קו תחתון לקישורים; פונט קריא; איפוס. <site title>.

    Why does it scan the toolbar contents? Aren’t they supposed to be invisible?
