• Hi.

What do you mean whith Postman’s Settings page?

‘Javascript Origins’ shown on Postman’s Settings page.

In ‘Authorized Redirect URIs’ enter the ‘Redirect URI’ shown on Postman’s Settings page.

¿Should I chose my website? What I have to do in this steps?

On other hand, I’ve configured and email address create in my servidor (info@mywebsite.com) and I can send one test email from postman’s plugin. But, contact forms 7 doesn’t works :S

    Thank you.

    Thanks.

The FAQ, which I assume you are referring to, says:

    7. In ‘Authorized Javascript origins’ enter the ‘Javascript Origins’ shown on Postman’s Settings page.
    8. In ‘Authorized Redirect URIs’ enter the ‘Redirect URI’ shown on Postman’s Settings page.

I’m not sure what’s not clear about that. Are you running Postman? It generates these for you. You see the ‘Javascript Origins’ and ‘Redirect URI’, don’t you? (Postman Setup Wizard Screenshot | Postman Manual Configuration screenshot). And you see the fields in Google? (screenshot)

Is info@mywebsite.com a Gmail email address? The instructions to create a Google OAuth 2.0 Client ID is for Gmail users only.

I can’t see the screenshots. It will be error of my browser.

No. It’s a different problem. I’ve configured info@mywebsite.com correctly, like a normal account, in your plugin but contact form 7 doesn’t works with this email address. I don’t know why.

Please post the Postman Diagnostics here, from the ‘Tips and Diagnostics” function.

I have a suspicion that info@mywebsite.com is not a real email address? I can help you better if you provide the real details, at the very least the domain name.

What is the exact Contact Form 7 error?

The same message as before installing the plugin.

    I specifically need this information;

In WordPress -> Settings -> Postman SMTP
Choose “Tips and Diagnostics” from under “Troubleshooting”
It may take up to 15 seconds to load, but paste the data that appears in “Diagnostic Information” here.

Unrelated, but your domain is missing an SPF record. You must add an SPF record if you are going to use a custom domain:

    Jasons-MacBook-Pro:plugins jasonhendriks$ dig txt amanecemetropolis.net

    ; <<>> DiG 9.8.3-P1 <<>> txt amanecemetropolis.net
    ;; global options: +cmd
    ;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 64729
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0

    ;; QUESTION SECTION:
    ;amanecemetropolis.net. IN	TXT

    ;; Query time: 281 msec
    ;; SERVER: 172.20.10.1#53(172.20.10.1)
    ;; WHEN: Fri Mar 6 16:09:19 2015
    ;; MSG SIZE rcvd: 39

An SPF record tells the word that a specific SMTP server is authorized to send email on your behalf and anything else is Spam.

I’ll follow your advise. I’m going to do spf record in a few hours. I have some instructions about how to create an SPF record.

Should I use the code that you put to create something?
Sorry, I haven’t knowledge about these topics.

    Thanks.

No, the code is just my query on your domain. You can ignore it.

Are you still unable to send? I’m still waiting on that diagnostic info. You can email it to me if you prefer, jason -at- hendriks -dot- ca.
