 * This is the embed code I’m having issues with. I have copied it exactly from 
   Google forms. I’ve put the code into the link to page as it won’t embed into 
   this form.

 * And where exactly do you insert it? In the code block in the block editor?

 * It’s an iframe code from Google forms. I paste it into the embed block. Sorry,
   this is the code.
