Google fonts render blocking

    Using this, and settting ‘swap’ wherever I can see it. Using litespeed too.
    Still get complaint Google fonts render blocking.
    Should this happen? Is sth set wrong?

    Fonts are always render blocking, and they should be to avoid FOUT (Flash Of Unstyled Text) as much as possible.

    You can workaround this by using the preload option for fonts that’re loaded above the fold.

    Setting the font-display option to Swap minimizes Layout Shifting, this is unrelated to render blocking.
