    Hey, I’m getting this error message when I try to back up my site to Google Drive. I tried to authenticate it twice, and it said authenticated both times. I saw people running into similar problems.

    Here’s the error message:

    Have not yet obtained an access token from Google – you need to authorise or re-authorise your connection to Google Drive. (Invalid request (refresh token not present).) (no_refresh_token)

    getting same error and another concerning not enough visitors.
    It occurs on certain old web site (but not all), and on every new web site (installed yesterday).

    Where could I upload the log file ?

    Hi,

    No refresh token was received from Google. This often means that you have not yet authenticated Google Drive successfully. Please recheck all Google settings and credentials, then follow the link to authenticate again.

    If that does not work, then use expert mode to wipe all your settings and start again. Also, if you are using any caching or security plugin, I would also recommend temporarily disabling it first.

    Hey, thanks for the reply. I authenticated the drive twice, and it even appeared as validated on the Google drive site, but nothing transfers to the drive. I ultimately set up a dropbox account until I can get the Google drive problem figured out. The transfer to Dropbox worked fine.

    I just tried again on my 3 failing websites (https and http), it is working now. Strange, I did not change anything.
