I’ve been successful connecting a few of my sites to Google Docs except LiberateYourResearch.com. When I load the JetPack connection service, it shows all my listed sites. When I pick LiberateYourResearch, it says JetPack is not installed, however, it is installed and I’ve confirmed that.

Do you have any suggestions? It is a multisite network. Could that be an issue?

Here’s a Loom video of the issue: https://www.loom.com/share/06eafbc365be4ab69aabc642cc7b4259

    Hi @tonyzeoli,

Do you have any suggestions? It is a multisite network. Could that be an issue?

Multisite environments sometimes require specific considerations when connecting services such as Jetpack. Examples include ensuring that Jetpack is activated at the network level and connected properly for the individual site within the network.

However, I see that your site’s Jetpack connection is working correctly: Everything looks great!

Before, we move on with further troubleshooting, please confirm you have gone through the self-diagnose steps highlighted for the extension here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-com-add-on-for-google-docs/#can-i-use-the-add-on-to-edit-my-self-hosted-word-press-website.

If you’re still seeing issues connecting your self-hosted site to the extension after going through the checklist above, please let us know and we’ll escalate the issue as needed.

I tried everything. Disabled plugins. Disabled Cloudflare. Still not connecting to both sites in the multisite. Only seeing one site in the list of sites connected. is that because the primary site won’t be in the list? I also disabled the admins can connect. I’m a super admin, so I’m at a higher level than the regular admin. I do really need this to work for a university professor wwhl writes in Google Docs and I won’t have to copy and paste.

    Hi @tonyzeoli,

Does both websites share different public URLs or only one can be publicly accessed? If you share with us both URLs, we’ll be able to look closely there.

If you want it to remain private, you can contact us here. Please don’t forget to attach this thread’s link if you do.

    Hi there,

I checked your primary site and liberateyourresearch.com, and both are well connected to Jetpack – you can double-check that from your WordPress.com dashboard too.

Have you tried using a different browser to connect the site to Google Docs? Sometimes a change of browser can help out.

If that doesn’t help, can you please right-click, select “Inspect” and check the browser Console for errors when you highlight the red box saying

That site does not seem to be accessible or no longer has the Jetpack plugin installed.

It appears in the video you share at minute 0:15.

Let’s see if there’s any good clue there to continue investigating. Thanks for sorting this out with us!

    Hi @tonyzeoli,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
