Hi @muteyaar,
Sorry to hear you’re having issues with our plugin.
I suppose you’re using some third party currency switcher plugin in your shop. Which currency switcher are you using?
I am using WOOCS CURRENCY SWITCHER
Ok, that’s great. I’m currently working on making our plugin compatible with that currency switcher. I expect to have that ready for the next update which should be published next week.
So if you wait a few days I could send you an update on my progress.
Yes, I will wait for the update.
Thanks
Hi @muteyaar,
You can update our plugin to the new version 1.38.0. That version should support the WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin.
When you open your feed in edit mode, you should find a Currency selector in the feed settings. With that selector you can select what currency the feed should be in.
If you want the the currency symbol to match the selection, you can switch from “WooCommerce Currency” to the new “WOOC Currency” source.
Let me know if you experience any issues.
Dear @michel-jongbloed, Thanks for the update. Your effort in this regard is highly appreciated.
I have update the plugin and have found the option to select the WOOCS currency for the feed.
I have one question – Do I have to make multiple feeds of same products for different countries with their respective currencies?
Kindly reply.
You’re welcome @muteyaar 🙂
Yes, that’s a bit of a limitation of how our plugin works. You can make only one feed setup for a feed, so that means you have to make multiple feeds, for each language one.
But this does not have to be much work. Just make one, then duplicate that (using the Duplicate action in the Feed List) and then just change the currency and you should be good to go.
@michel-jongbloed ,
I tried to make a new feed with USD currency for United States and tried to fetch through the google merchants account.
The feed was fetched and all the products were imported.
But all of them have been disapproved again because google is still fetching the INR prices even after I have selected the WOOCS currency as USD for United States Country.
Please see the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/26iwj7t
Can you please advise where I am wrong?
Can you send me the link to the feed so I can check the feed?
Ok, the feed prices have no currency at all.
Can you send me a screenshot of the way you’ve set up the price in the Edit Feed form?
The “WooCommerce Currency” source is not active anymore with the WOOCS plugin. So you need to change that to “WOOCS Currency” as I stated in my message before.
I also would advise you to remove the filter setting, just stet the price to:
Combine source fields -> Regular Price -> space -> WOOCS Currency
That should do the job.
Thanks @michel-jongbloed
I did try using the WOOCS currency and it seems to be taking the correct price and currency now.
But there is another issue facing up now. Kindly see this: https://prnt.sc/26mdetm
Google is not getting the shipping information now.
All the products in the feed are being disapproved due to this.
Can you please suggest me something about this?

Hi @muteyaar,
Did you set the “Shipping” attribute in your Google Account settings?
