Google Core Web Vitals Fix and Google Pagespeed Insight rank in Mobile

Hi,
We are facing low score 42 https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.zotezo.com%2F in google page speed insights in mobile and as a results Google Core web vitals Rank is showing Slow Page Rank.We are using ASTRA theme with Wp-rocket along with AMP.
Why page speed rank is so low in Mobile?
