This is URGENT and CRITICAL because users including administrators cannot login to the website using the default wordpress login. It seems strange and i have thoroughly tested for 2 hours.

The google captcha V2 im using which has the ‘im not a robot’ checkbox does not work and infact has a critical issue as it does not let anyone login including administrators. First i thought the issue could be with the keys so i deactivated AIOWPS and used another solution like profile builder plugin and it worked perfectly with the same keys on the same website. Now i knew the problem is not with the the keys atleast.

Further, i tried disabling all the extra checkboxes like for honeypot and fake google bots and basically kept all the ones only on the below settings path –

BRUTE FORCE->LOGIN CAPTCHA – as this is the place where even the captcha keys are stored and i enabled everything here and on all forms.

Unfortunately this too didn’t work. Finally i just deactivate the plugin from ftp and i could then enter my same website with the same username and password as admin.

There were no pauses or no change in any other settings when testing this. It was a continuous test. i also used only one of the solutions at a time for captcha as on PB i disabled captcha and the keys when i tested AIOWPS and vice versa when testing PB just to make sure they dont clash in any way. Bear in mind i did not deactivate any of these plugins but rather just disable the captcha features completely to check on either. I can swear and vouch for the fact that this is also not a cacheing issue PB let me login with the same cache and cache for the page is anyway disabled. i also disabled my cache plugin to be sure whilst testing.

For sure there is some issue as i cant login to my website if i activate google captcha with AIOWPS but otherwise i can. The whole point is to use captcha effively with AIOWPS and not some other plugin solution.

    PLease help.

    Hi Abhinav,

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.

I have just tested the Google reCaptcha feature in our testing environment and It is working without any issues.

Can you please make sure that you are using Google reCaptcha v2 keys as indicated in the screenshot https://nimb.ws/NMAjXf? The AIOS plugin is compatible with Google reCaptcha v2.

Please make sure that your site’s domain is in the allowed domain list of the Google ReCaptcha dashboard.
