Google Can't Access My Site

    Can someone please help, I’m newbie and I’ve got your sitemap showing up in my admin. But Google just sent me an email: “Googlebot can’t access your site. Over the last 24 hours, Googlebot encountered 4 errors while attempting to access your robots.txt. To ensure that we didn’t crawl any pages listed in that file, we postponed our crawl. Your site’s overall robots.txt error rate is 100.0%.” When I go to mysite.com/robots.txt page I see this:
    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Disallow: /wp-includes/
    What do I do to fix so they can crawl it. This is multisite w/sub-directories. They don’t even appear to google yet I see sitemap in admin for them as well. What am I missing??
