 * Hello,
 * Whenever my bookings get synced to Google Calendar, they are appearing with an
   error. It is not the end of the world as it still syncs to the calendar, but
   from the documentation, I can tell there is something wrong with my set up because
   they should be showing in Green. Do you have any idea why this is happening?
   These are bookings done from the front end client perspective.
 * `Description:ERROR: Invalid string. 'First_name last_name, service name' not
   found`
 * Best Regards,
    Sleque

 * Hi,
 * the error message is telling you that the name of the customer and the service
   are not found maybe because that have been written in a wrong way ( you need
   to type them in the same way they have been recorder inside your website.

 * You you are trying to make a reservation from a brand new customer then you have
   to write the reservation title this way:
 * TIME, CUSTOMER FIRST_NAME CUSTOMER LAST_NAME, SERVICE, CUSTOMER EMAIL

 * It is a CRON JOB ISSUE.

       ****************************************************************************************************
       Start processing event '0dt53dmur2p6fjra04lh0sjaek' with title '3 appointment Jc - 25 Jul 2019 8:00am'
       The site is experiencing technical difficulties.
       ```
 * All of my bookings turn into 2 calendar events for the same exact time but separate
   events, why?
 * I would suggest you to use the “Delete all reservations” button inside “Settings
   > Google Calendar” then click “synchronize reservations” and see if the problem
   will be fixed.
 * No sir. I am booking the appointments from the front end as if I were a customer
   looking for a haircut. The problem is the booking created 2 calendar events,
   one appears in orange and seems to be correct although it is orange and not green.
   The other event appears on the same line in red with the ERROR: Invalid string.‘
   First_name last_name, service name’ not found
 * Is there anyways you can take a deeper look into this issue? I have used the
   delete calendar events button and re-synced calendar button and the issue persists.
   I have even deleted all bookings manually in google calendar and re-synced with
   the same issue.
