Google Calendar
-
When a client makes a booking it an email is sent and Gmail offers to add it to the calendar. This works great for only one time slot. If the client chooses two time slots then Gmail cannot detect both. Is there a way to make it so that Gmail can get info on the two separate appointments?

Hi,
Seems you are using an outdated commercial version of the plugin, please download and install the latest version.
If you need help recovering your personal download link to get the latest version please open a ticket at https://abc.dwbooster.com/contact-us
Thank you.
How do I find the latest version? Can I update it from within WordPress somehow? Should I follow the download link from the purchase email or is this the old version? Thanks.
Hi,
You can use the download link from the purchase email.

Thank you.
What is the procedure to install the latest version? Do I delete the previous? Will my settings be lost? Thank you.
Hi,
These are the installation/upgrade instructions:
https://abc.dwbooster.com/faq?page=faq#q94
It is a safe process, the plugin’s data and settings won’t be lost during the process.
Thank you!
I did this and it installed. But now when I update my availability the slots disappear. They appear to stay in the calendar on the client end. but I need to edit my availability without redoing everything. Can it be fixed? I do not know how to put a screenshot here so I uploaded one at https://edu.biolang.net/screen-shot-2018-08-29-at-11-05-10-am/
You can see that the fields are blank on the back end.

Hi,
Please update again to the latest version published yesterday to fix that availability edition issue.
Thanks.
It still does not work. Is there a different link? I am using the old link. I am on the top expensive commercial version.

I have the link. But when I upload the file it does not fix the issue. Are you sure you posted the proper version for the commercial vision? Thank you!
Have you cleared the browser cache after updating the plugin?
If it doesn’t work after updating and clearing the cache then please open a ticket at https://abc.dwbooster.com/contact-us to verify the update link you are using.
Thank you.
For the disappearing calendar settings installing the new version and also clearing the cache solved the issue.
For the Google Calendar, I still would like to be able to have an email that Google can recognize multiple appointments. For example, currently the dates and times are in a line like this:
Tutoring Lessons
04.09.2018 09:00 – 05.09.2018 20:30 – 06.09.2018 20:30 – 07.09.2018 20:30 – 10.09.2018 09:00In order for Google to see them as separate appointments, I think it needs to be something like this:
Tutoring Lessons:
Name Date1 Time1
Name Date2 Time2
Name Date3 Time3
Name Date4 Time4Is there a way to line up all the separate appointments like this? I tried using the email fields, but it lumps them all together.
Thank you
Hi,
If you are using the Developer or Platinum version of the plugin you can use the feature “iCal file in confirmation emails” so an iCal file is generated for importing the information into the Google Calendar or other third party calendars.
If you are using other version of the plugin please open a ticket https://abc.dwbooster.com/contact-us to evaluate a solution.
Thank you!
Yes, I already do this. I was trying to get it in the email for the students. Like this:
Tutoring Lessons:
Name Date1 Time1
Name Date2 Time2
Name Date3 Time3
Name Date4 Time4Is that possible?
Hi,
That exact text formatting isn’t available into the plugin, you can see the available tags for formatting the emails into the following FAQ entry:
https://abc.dwbooster.com/faq#q507
Other modifications can be requested as a custom development service:
https://abc.dwbooster.com/customization
However as mentioned before, using the iCal file may be a better option for importing the bookings into external calendars.
Thank you!
