Yes, this are the theme Breadcrumbs. I have the same issue. Here the part of the HTML code Google is refering:

I hope this helps to fix it in the theme.
@fabian_niesen I have tried your source code on Google structured tool but could not find any issue related to breadcrumb. Can you send link of page that has error related to the breadcrumb?

That’s an email notification from google. I’m not getting notification on any one page. You have the entirety of the notification.

What thy have in common, all reported 23 are Category pages. Maybe that helps to find the bug. The “name” attribute seams to be the better choice, “item.name” is not listed at https://schema.org/BreadcrumbList

I think Google has implemented a new test. I get this warnings for more then one page, but with some days delay.
