 * Dear [@olu64](https://wordpress.org/support/users/olu64/) ,
 * Thank you for reaching out.
    May we know if we understood you right? Do you have
   an embed code of the form and need to show it inside the popup? In that case,
   please, insert the code into our HTML popup: [How to create an HTML Popup (Free)](https://help.popup-builder.com/en/article/how-to-create-an-html-popup-free-h1copx/)
 * Please, get back to us if you have additional questions.

 * Hi, Thanks for your reply. The form needs javascript to work like it should.
   The form code is already inserted on the html pop up. The problem is that i have
   the Javascript on the parent page and it does not seem to work when i load the
   pop up

 * Dear [@olu64](https://wordpress.org/support/users/olu64/) ,
 * Thanks for getting back to us.
    May we have the website URL where we can see
   the HTML popup with a form inside, please?
 * Please, enable the **Debug Mode** so our support team can check what the issue
   is.
    Follow the steps below to achieve this. 1. Go to Popup Builder settings.
   2. Check the “Enable DEBUG MODE”. 3. Click “Save Changes”. [https://prnt.sc/v0kw8q](https://prnt.sc/v0kw8q)
 * P.S. Make sure to have the Popup Builder plugin’s latest version activated so
   you can have the Debug Mode feature available.
    Looking ahead to hearing from
   you soon.
