 * I was referred to WordPress by mail chimp support. They have checked my site
and everything on their end is fine. When I pull up analytics 360 from the setting
menu in my dashboard, I am getting…
Hmm. Something went wrong with your Google
   authentication!
 * The error message was: 401: Unauthorized.
 * If you’re having trouble getting up and running, you might try one of the following
   resources:
    •The Analytics360° Google Group •WordPress Support Forums
 * If I pull up analytics 360 from the main menu, I get an error code – just showing
little yellow error signs with an exclamation sign in it. My autochimp is also
not syncing my new email sign ups to my mail chimp lists. Again mail chimp says
the problem is on the WordPress site – below is what they emailed me…
 * Hello Charlotte,
 * Thanks for writing back in and providing a very detailed description of what
you’ve been seeing on your end.
 * Going to your website I checked out both forms to see if they are adding subscribers
to the list. Using a test email account I signed up for the list first using
our embedded form. I immediatly received the confirmation email once I signed
up and was added to the list.
 * When I used to SumoMe pop up form I did not get added to the list. I check on
the back end to see if the API call that would have been used with that form
had been declined and if so for what reason, but there never was one. SumoMe
does integrate with a MailChimp account, but as no attempt to pass a subscriber
over to your account was made it would be recommended to uninstall and reinstall
the plugin to make sure that it is pointing to your list.
 * Going through your account everything on the MailChimp end is set up properly.
As the Analytics 360 error seems to be localized in your WordPress account it
would be recommended to reach out to that support team directly. Though we are
experts on the MailChimp application we are not well versed in WordPress and
reaching out to them would get you pointed in the right direction.
 * I know this will sound redundant, but I want to make sure you get the help that
you need so you can begin to market to your subscribers, but as the syncing process
from AutoChimp is not functioning as expected it would be best to reach out to
their support team as well. Though AutoChimp is integrated to work with a MailChimp
account it is a third party designed plugin and we would be limited in how much
support for it we can offer.
 * I did grab a link to their support forum which seems to be monitored and responded
   to regularly — [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/autochimp](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/autochimp).
 * It’s always best to make sure everything is running smoothly before beginning
marketing campaigns. If you have any direct questions about setting up your first
newsletter (campaign as we call them) please let us know and we’ll be happy to
   help anyway we can.
 * Would you please take a look and let me know what to do to get these problems
   corrected. Thank you!
