Hi @itmemes
Sorry for the delayed reply!
I checked the linked page and the problem seems to occur because the WordPress default registration is disabled on your site at WordPress > Settings > General > Membership – Anyone can register.
What you need to know is that, by default Nextend Social Login inherits this membership status from WordPress.
So to fix the problem you should either:
- enable the WordPress default registration.
- our you should allow the registration with Nextend Social Login, regardless of your WordPress settings. For this you should go to Nextend Social Login > Global Settings > General tab and set our own “Membership” setting to “Enabled” – https://nextendweb.com/nextend-social-login-docs/global-settings/
And that will most likely fix this problem!
Best regards,
Laszlo.
