This usually happens when an incorrect IP address has been entered when setting up the API key. What is the URL of your website?
This plugin doesn’t allow for users to enter in custom information.

I understand that users will not be able to enter custom info, however will they be able to enter the info themselves? Currently we have to manually build every author page when they submit their info, and that is getting huge….. Any suggestions you have about automation would be greatly appreciated..

Not sure I follow. Do you actually work at HostGator and want to use the plugin on that web site? Or is HostGator just your hosting provider? The URL I am asking after is the URL to your particular web site, not the URL of your hosting provider. I’m asking because I’d like to verify the IP address.
I’m not sure I understand what you mean when you say ” Currently we have to manually build every author page when they submit their info”. Can you clarify what author page you are talking about and what they fill out? Screenshots may be helpful.

I would just remove the IP address from the Google Developers Console altogether and just leave it blank and try that.

Also, I would recommend that you edit your previous post and remove the Google API key. You don’t want the general public to know what it is.
