• Dear Woocommerce,

We are struggling by getting the correct data when connecting google analytics and woocommerce.

In the beginning, we used your enhanced Ecommerce plugin and then pulled the analytics code through that. After a while, we noticed that not only the data had received from Google analytics were incorrect (showed unrealistic numbers of visitors, sessions etc) but also had not received any e-commerce data at all.

After that we applied the official google plugin – the one that google released to deal with incorrect data incoming from WordPress sites. Unfortunately, that plugin had had generated incorrect data as well during the integration process of WooCommerce’s e-commerce plugin, so we had to turn it off, leaving the official analytics plugin in place.

Now analytics is finally working correctly, but we are still unable to track e-commerce activity without corrupting our data.

Do you have any suggestions regarding the solution of this problem?

    Kind regards,

    Eszter
