Google Analytics v4 support?

Hello,
Set up a new website and created a Google Analytics account for this page. Now that Google has changed it´s standard Analytics setup to a new interface and way of installing the tag on a page it doesnt seem like the plugin recognizes/finds the new analytics property (or stream, as it is now called). Any idea on how to fix this or a workaround?

I have same issue as well. This plugin was an older version of a different plugin which was sold to company. The company that bought it ruined it. The author of this plugin is not really the author. I believe he just republished the old code from the original plugin. Hence, why he might not be able to or does not have time to add Analytics 4 support.
Use the following method:
1. Go to Google Analytics >
2. Click Admin >
3. Click Create New Property *HERE IS THE SOLUTION — while adding property details click “Show advanced options” and enable “Create a Universal Analytics property” > Click radio button for “Create a Universal Analytics property only” and then click “Next” to complete process as you would.Go back to you WP dashboard and under the plugin’s general settings — 1. Click “Clear Authorization” > 2. Click “Clear Cache” > And 3. authorize the plugin as you would a fresh install.
