 * I’d like to enter my google analytics tracking id to jetpack settings page ( 
   which links to my wordpress.com page ) but not succeded.
    I receive msg: There
   was a problem saving your changes.
 * I disabled vpn, purged wpo cache but no success.

 * I don’t see any Jetpack connection on our end for that site. What is the WordPress.
   com username under which you have it connected?
 * Is it possible that you had this site on a different domain at the time that 
   you first connected Jetpack?
