# Google Analytics tracking code issues

 * Hi there,
 * I’m trying to implement the tracking code as per [http://contactform7.com/tracking-form-submissions-with-google-analytics/](http://contactform7.com/tracking-form-submissions-with-google-analytics/)
   by posting the code on_sent_ok: “_gaq.push([‘_trackEvent’, ‘Contact Form’, ‘Submit’]);”
   into the additional settings box.
 * However, when I test on the contact page and press send, the grey loading arrows
   display for a few seconds, but the ‘Thank You – your email has been sent’ doesn’t
   appear after that like it usually does. The email comes through fine however.
 * Running wordpress 3.9.1 on Sailent Theme. The form was working fine before putting
   in the code, I restored it back to normal in the mean time.
 * Hopefully it’s a basic fix, would greatly appreciated advice thanks!
