    umm Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights is using health-check to advertise their paid plugin

    You are using WooCommerce but the MonsterInsights eCommerce addon is not active, please Install & Activate it to start tracking eCommerce data.

    Plugins can add their own checks to Health Check.
    If they like to recommend other plugins – they can do so… technically
