Hi,
On Backend Settings screen make sure that enable the main Dashboard Widget is set to ON.
I am having the same problem. Enable the main Dashboard Widget is indeed set to ON. I cleared cache, cleared authorization, and re-authorized as I read somewhere else, but that did not fix the problem.
Under Errors & Debug, both state NONE.
Nevermind. It now appears. Seems there was some sort of delay or buffer.
Hi Alin,
I am having the same problem and and i tried to follow in the steps of @glennar1 by clearing the cache and authorization and the re-authorized but all i get is the widget and it does not display any result.
However if i go to my list of posts and click on any of the analytic icon (which always works) next of any of the post and then go back to my wordpress dashboard the widget will then display the result. This issue started today. I will be glad if you can help me out.
Can anyone help me with the problem above?
@balinga if you need help open your own topic giving as much details as possible. As a side note, please read the plugin’s FAQ page, the cause of error and how you can identify the culprit is also described, in detail, there.
I have also problems with my GA dashboard not showing in the WP dashboard…
I did all the things you said and it is still not working. By looking at the plugin’s FAQ page I found out that I should detect my problem in the web console. Here I found the following error: “TypeError: $ is undefined”
… How can I fix this? And is this even causing the problem?
Hope somebody can help me 🙂
Hi,
Disable all other plugins and check if the issue goes away. Re-enable each plugin while checking the functionality. If it’s a plugin issue you should be able to identify it.
The above procedure is also described in detail in the FAQ page, see the section titled Why is my General Settings screen empty?. The steps are almost the same, even if it refers to a different issue.
