Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion

    Hello,
    I already have the Google Analytics code implemented and would like to skip the Thank You page for conversion tracking as described in This Article.

    However, we already started implementing Google Ads which has a specific conversion code in the head section. I am wondering if the conversion tracking in Google Ads works similar to the proposed conversion tracking in that article?
