 * i just pasted the tracking code in my theme ocean wp>appearanc>theme editor> 
   header.php file
 * does this mean that the code will be lost every time i update the theme?

 * If you modify the theme, the modifications will be lost when you update it. GA
   should not be part of your theme, so the best way to add it is via a plugin.
