Which page do I add the code snippet to so that Google Analytics will be able to track the page?

footer.php in your theme would be best.

Use a plugin instead if you don’t know how theme editing works.

It’s a theme file. From Dashboard go to appearance – editor and locate the footer.php from the right list. Add the code in there.

May I ask where you found your code snippet? I actually can’t find it in my Google Analytics account…

sign in to analytics

click edit to the right of the account/site you want code for

click on Check Status that appears at top right of next page

that’ll get your code

thanks RVoodoo! I have the plugin but some reason it doesn’t show all visits. I’ll just paste the code.
