  • Hi @sravanig.

I just looked at your homepage at http://www.digim.xyz and I can’t see the Google Analytics script in your source code at all. Which Google Analytics plugin are you using?

In the Chrome Developer Console however, there are a couple of JavaScript errors being generated, one seems to be related to a Twitter feed ( function generating the error is called “handleTweets”, the other is from a JS file I am not familiar with. There are some references to a “Nivo Lightbox” – is this a plugin you are using? The fact that this is erroring could be preventing a GA script from loading later.

I wasn’t able to load the URL http://www.digim.xyz/DigiM-Speaks/ – just getting a 404 error, are you sure this is correct?

    Thanks,

    Hi dominic_ks,
    thanks for responding.

I have not placed any google analytic script. I am trying to through wordpress (Installed google analytics plug in and placed googale analytics tracking ID). But not able to get any data on analytics.

Where as I have done the same in a sub directory DigiM-Speaks for which I was able to check analytics.

In short, able to track analytics of http://www.digim.xyz/DigiM-Speaks/
    but not of http://www.digim.xyz/

http://www.digim.xyz/DigiM-Speaks/ – I have deleted this page. Hence not accessible.

    Hi,

I got it after placing google analytics.

But I would like to know the following
    > Is it not possible to do through wordpress for the website http://www.digim.xyz?
because was able to do it through WP for http://www.digim.xyz/digim-wp or http://www.digim.xyz/DigiM-Speaks

    Hi @sravanig

    Yes it is definitely possible.

As mentioned in my first reply, it looks like something else on the site is causing JavaScript errors that could be stopping Google Analytics from loading.

    Other questions:
    – Is this the plugin you are using – https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/
    – Is this a multisite install? And if so, is the plugin activated for all sites with your GA tracking code entered for all sites?

    Thanks,
