google adsense you’re site isn’t ready to show ads

I am trying to add anew site in my google adsense account but it shows a policy violation message which I am not geeting that where it is on my website http://biharpatrika.in/
I would be really thankful if someone can help me understand this policy violation my my site. Site address is http://biharpatrika.in/
I got below mail from adsense ;

I fear that without further information no one can tell you with certainty what is wrong with your site. I had a quick look and have no idea.

Aren’t there any more details given in the “Sites” section that they refer to?

No, there is nothing given on the “site” section, neither in mail so I have no choice but keep guessing about the issue.
Below is what I can see in the site section ;

Unfortunately, I can also not draw any conclusions from this. I know that AdSense is vague to protect their review process and how frustrating this can be if you don’t know what to fix.

I still hope you can find some idea when checking their policy. Good luck!
