    Hello,

    thank You for your plugin.

Is there a way to lock the Google Account once finished the setup?
I have many tracking codes from Google analytics and I would like that the other admin (of the website) don’t see the other websites stats …

    Thank You!

    Hello @deluigiluca

I trust you are doing well!

Please elaborate are you looking to show the stats only to one admin user?

I would like that the other admin (of the website) don’t see the other websites stats …

Is your site is a WordPress multisite and you wish for other admins not seeing the stats from other subsites?

The Stats are showing up only for the domain set from Behive > Settings, and the domain name from the drop-down needs to match your site’s domain name. Changing the domain name from the drop-down to another one, will not show the stats for that domain.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hello Nastia,

actually, if an admin user switches from:

Beehive -> Settings -> Account + Connected Google Account -> Choose your view (profile)

the Stats are showing up also for the other domains I have … even if it’s not match my current site’s domain name…

    Any suggestion please?

p.s. : My wordpress site is not a multisite. It’s a website with few admin users.

    Hello @deluigiluca

I trust you are doing well!

I apologize for the delayed reply. I’m afraid at the moment this is not possible out of the box. Although this has been already requested in the past, so this was added to the plugin’s Features List, to be developed.

In the meantime, as a workaround, please try the Adminimize plugin to hide Behive’s setting page from other admins.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Thank you Nastia,
but “Adminimize plugin” doesn’t help much, because, even if I hide the “Settings” menu from other admin, there is still the link “Go to Settings” in Beehive widget in the Dashboard …
I hope you can develop this function as soon as possible, because the other plugins (like monster insights) have it already.
    Many thanks

    Hey @deluigiluca,

Yea, currently it is not possible out of the box. But thanks for the suggestion, we will include a filter in the next version, so you can disable to dropdown once it’s setup.

    Regards,
    Joel
