Hi have read through every post in the previous thread about this topic.

I have followed all the videos and steps suggested but it doesn’t make a difference.

When adding the access code the loading circle just keeps spinning.

I have removed the plugin authentication manually and retried many times.

There aren’t even any logs to show.

    What do you suggest?

It feels like something is broken with this plugin…

    Hello @sevcham

Thanks for your message with a screenshot.

Can you double-check that are you using any other CF7 Addon due to that any conflict?
Logs must show an error if you are having an issue with the spinning circle.
Can you check in wp.config.php that debug mode is on? If not please enable debug mode.
If you are not sure how to enable, go through this link

    Debugging in WordPress

Then send me the error log, if you still could not see an error, then check your FTP with error.log or debug.log under a wp-content directory. Which helps to show either conflict issue or authentication issue to troubleshoot further and solve the issue.

Also noticed you had submitted a review, no meaning to submit a false review, as we are trying best to assist you as soon as possible. Please give time to discuss,
We are also assisting through our chat support. Please be kind with patience to assist you further and help you to solve your issue.

    Many Thanks

    Hello @thanhbaomail
    Sorry for the trouble.
Can you remove access once manually and reauthenticate again

For Manually Removing access click here
    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Then authenticate again while deactivating and get access code.
Make sure when you deactivate or save your authenticate code it takes 5-7 seconds to save and reload the page, if not then reload manually, you auth code is saved.

Make sure to format the sheet manually as per shown below.
Don’t use square braces[], Spaces etc.
    Refer https://mailchi.mp/44985dea65c0/reauthentication-needed-for-gsheetconnector-after-update

If still having an issue, define debug mode true and send me screenshot and error.
    I will help you out.

    Thanks
    Abdullah

    Hello @vth06 @jotas2
This error indicates the issue with the curl,
Make sure curl is enabled from the server, please contact hosting provider for that.
And also make sure, your site is SSL verified.

    Thanks
    Abdullah
