 * How many times do I have to delete the most useless plugin of all time, “Hello
   Dolly?” before it actually disappears?

 * It’s a default plugin, so you will have to delete it after each upgrade since
   it will be re-installed by default. Of course, if you don’t activate it, then
   it really doesn’t hurt leaving it. It shouldn’t be reinstalling itself, unless
   you auto-upgrade your site.
