    Hi

    Overall the FAQ experience was good, and I managed to figure out the process quite quickly.
    Not sure if it was my theme or not, but when I had comments selected, a huge comment box appeared in the FAQ. It could be the Template styling, but was very annoying on every FAQ.
    Overall, OK

    Hi Rob,

    Thank you for your feedback. For the comment box, it likely is related to the styling of your theme. Our FAQs are a custom post type and, when comments are enabled, we just pull the comment box that is used for the standard/regular posts on your site/theme. As such, it would just pull any styling that your theme has applied to the comments area. You should easily be able to modify/correct this, though, by adding a bit of custom CSS. If you’d like to provide a link to your FAQ page, I’d be happy to take a look and suggest some CSS to help with this.

    At present I have disabled all the comments as it looked awful. When I add a new FAQ I will leave the comment open and send the link to that FAQ.
