    Working as intended. I wanted something lightweight that would convert to webP. I would like to ask that either hooks.php is permanently edited to remove the -{ext} so it doesn’t create image-jpeg.webp or we have the option to dictate the filename.

    With regards your suggesting on the removing the -jpeg reference from WebP filenames, there is an open GitHub issue regarding this. You’ll find this below:
