The plugin works well enough and is easy to configure.
Main issues: Very limited styling options. In an ideal world, you’d just be able to inherit styles from the theme but no. Worse yet, you can’t even recreate the look of your theme.
You can configure some very basic colour options, but you can’t specifically style buttons for example. You can also only choose from a very limited list of fonts. Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if I could have the same fonts and buttons throughout the booking process.
I have asked if there’s any way around this, but support is lacklustre to say the least. Hopefully I can work out some custom CSS.
Another issue is the plugin doesn’t support taxes. You can configure at the checkout stage using WooCommerce, which I’ve done, but I don’t like takes being added like a last-minute “gotcha”, I’d prefer to have them displayed right from the beginning. Have worked around this by changing the labels to “Base price (excl. VAT)” but still not ideal.
All that said, the price is pretty cheap, so you get what you pay for I guess, and it does seem to work overall.
