I’m not sure I entirely understand your review. Instructions for using the theme, creating slideshows and portfolios are outlined in step-by-step detail on this page, https://organicthemes.com/the-free-wordpress-portfolio-lite-theme/.
Additionally, nowhere is it said that the theme in not supported. In fact, we update our free themes regularly, and answer support questions in their respective support forums, https://wordpress.org/support/theme/portfolio-lite/.
We would be more than happy to instruct you on how to use the slideshow page template if you posted a question in the forum.

On the main page of your company you can choose “Themes”. Then choose Portfolio Lite and … nothing.
You can choose the theme, go inside, and …. nothing. Only at the bottom there is a link Portfolio V6, clicking on which we again fall on Portfolio V6. Recusrsion?

I can see how it could be easy to get confused. There is a link to the “Theme Guide” on this page, https://organicthemes.com/theme/portfolio-lite/.
It’s not a secret, but it may not have been easily found. As a result, I’ve posted more links to the instructions in the support forums, the theme readme file and theme description. In addition, I may update the theme soon with a notice that directs users to the documentation.
