Good Survey plugin

Hi,

I want to add a survey to my WordPress site (in development). There seem to be quite a number of plugins available and have tried a few of them. However, those that I’ve tried don’t quite do what I want.

If I state my requirement, can someone please help and recommend a good one to use – free is best, but I don’t mind a fee for a good plugin.

Requirement: The survey is in the form of most like/least like, with weighted answers. There are 35 questions (7 groups of 5). The key point is that I need to be able to get separate scores for each group and the ability to display each score on a landing page, ideally be able to add some php to customise the output depending on the scores.
