Good support mechanism AI + human

The support mechanism is high quality. I get to talk tech with an AI that gives accurate guidance towards possible root causes, but as I push through with explanations as to why it is a non-possibility I got a person joining in who clearly understood the software and the complexities of the problem I was experiencing which related to interaction with flowplayer and challenges of managing the dynamically generated uploads/eb-styles/ dynamic css files within a caching architecture.
