• The support person ( John ) I exchanged emails with, was able to help me create a custom default event template for my needs. The rating is 4 stars, because it would be great for such a functionality to exist in the plugin itself as a GUI, where a customer could create their own default template for events.

    At this moment, one needs to rely on custom code, which means they need to be tech savvy enough to know some PHP code to be able to do so. However, the rating for support alone would be a 5, because this kind of is outside of their scope, although very directly related to the default functionality of their plugin.
