 * Got a notification from the bank about our iDeal certificate in need of upgrading.
   
   I didn’t understand the real problem, so asked for help at Pronamic’s office 
   and was helped very well.
 * Regardless of office hours, I got a quick and satisfying answer to my question.
   
   I already knew them as knowledgable people, but this time I was also surprised
   by there answer and respons time.
