• I’ve asked for support for Gallery Bank Eco Edition multiple times, and they have always responded and fixed my issue. You may have to wait a day or 2 to get a response, but they will try to fix the issue when they get to your question/concern. Also, I’ve asked for clarification on what exactly they are going to do when “fixing” my issue, and I’ve gotten a response, although it’s usually pretty vague. Overall, I give their support 4 stars.
