 * It has many built in customization options. Their support is very helpful and
   responsive. I had some special needs that required a child theme and some tweaks
   and they helped me set that up. Even responded to an issue during a Holiday weekend.
   I am working with a system integrator on part of the site and they also like 
   the theme.
