Good Review Theme

I am trying to build a couple sites and was looking for a good theme for reviews. I want it to look something like these. http://www.top10bestwebsitehosting.com
http://www.consumer-rankings.com/hosting/

Do any of you know of a theme or plugins that would make this happen? I can’t seem to find one even close to as good as these examples.
