• I have had a super easy install for this plug-in. That made things so simple for me.

    When I have had challenges with billing or anything else with vCita in the past, I was able to get personal attention fairly rapidly and all issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

    Make sure you stay in touch with your rep, and they will take care of you.

    Update – I’ve used vCita for over a year and, again, reaffirm that I really like the plug-in (which has been improved to delay the pop-up). And, again, that customer service has helped whenever I’ve needed (and don’t usually need help lately because it works well).
