• I ve been using the tool for more than a year now on my website and it’s good. Some bugs here and there but nothing really serious. Customers are content and they use it with pretty ease. It could do a little bit better when it comes to reporting but again it’s ok.

    Here comes the big BUT , even of the product is ok the customer support is terrible. I’ve contacted the team some times for bugs I’ve discovered and the response times are not good. When you base your business on a booking tool and customers can’t use it can cause you some damage. Also I had an issue with the invoicing and what I’ve been charged and I soon as I reached out to them they have disappeared. They completely ignore my emails for 3 months now which showcases the professionalism level of the team.
