  • Just had an issue with an upgrade throwing off a glitch. For my type of work this was a bad event. Received support feedback within two hours which on a Saturday night (UK time) is really as good as you can expect when you are using a free plugin. I sorted the issue myself in the meantime but have to say really impressed with the comeback. That has given me confidence to upgrade to a pro version. Have to say, can’t understand people who moan like shit when they are getting another person’s hard work for free. Yep, we had a problem tonight, yes I got support and yes the problem was sorted. What else do you want to know?
