  • I was a paid user of this plugin but the crew there releases updates that are so filled with errors that trying to use what you paid for is nothing short of a nightmare. No matter how many times I was told things would improve, there was nothing but what I believe were lies and shifting of blame. This seems to be a company with zero accountability and it shows in the way they treat customers. Even just using the non-paid features, there is seemingly no help or willingness to make sure the plugin works without constant issues.
    It is hard to be optimistic with the same team in place which is unfortunate because the plugin holds potential if they would just get their act together and improve both quality control and the way they approach customer service.

  • You too? I just downloaded this and bought a theme 2-3 days ago. Basic things don’t work and I haven’t heard back from their support form on their website. Adding my review now.

    Yes. I also tried to use the theme that I purchased. In my experience, I would highly recommend not using the themes as they have even worse support than the actual plugin. The themes seem to have not been anywhere close to a priority, perhaps because fewer people are using the themes than the plugins. Regardless, as I stated, even the plugins have really terrible quality control issues. It is highly unfortunate, as I waited patiently for months hoping that things would improve, but the result was much wasted time and effort.

    Are you still using this plugin/theme or is it a no go? Must agree with @nycbrook regarding support and quality control (but at the moment would give them a 3 stars (maybe borderline 4), because of functions.

    Yes, it seems each release has bugs in them. Some seem to be quality control checks (Lorem ipsum text) and others seem to be functionality search checks that have been missed. Support is very slow to react to the tickets. Also notices to support adresses:
    – Settings > Help & Support >
    – Ticket main site reply > (This seems to also be related to another theme ‘Direo’.

    The theme ‘Direo’ uses the directorist plugin, maybe a better change going with this?

    But of course if the main plugin has issue, then this might or will effect the rest.

    High hopes, but still confusing with the potential it has but …. trying to love it …
