Very complete PMS

I don’t use the free version but the commercial VikBooking Pro with several e4j Channel Managers and other plugins, so maybe I am a little off-topic here, but probably others are interested too. I would like to give a first impression after about a month.

Large PMS with a huge amount of available optional features (paid). I am really impressed by features like AI support, WhatsApp guest communication and much more.

Centralized guest communication and rating insights across all channels.

Friendly and quick first-level support.

For a small commercial host like me, for about the same price as similar PMS, you get more features and channels.

The Channel Manager for Booking.com looks very good to me The Channel Manager for Booking.com looks very good to me (the incomplete initial import of existing bookings was mostly due to technical restrictions).

For the Airbnb Channel Manager I got good support with smaller problems directly from the developers, and some improvements are already in progress.

The support was extremely patient. I had a very long discussion about my requirement to decide myself how VAT is handled at Airbnb. This was exhausting for both sides, and some of my input was not precise or correct at first because I was missing technical insights. I also got frustrated at times, but I have a strong technical opinion about my use case. I don’t think the problem was understood but I appreciate that the support always tried to help.

During these discussions I finally learned that the company tries to listen to its customers and is working to improve its software.
