Good plugin with great support

The plugin is great and fairly straight-forward to set up. Support has been well received within reasonable time (working hours, not weekends) and very, well, supportive.

One thing that I needed to wrap my head around was the employee focus of the plugin. The employee is the axle on which everything else turns in the plugin, which doesn’t fit 100% with my business, but with the support given I found a very acceptable work-around.

I quickly upgraded to Standard, to get the Woocommerce payment gateway.
