We’re sorry to see you experienced some issues during the updating process.
What we can advise you is:
- making sure you’re using the latest verison of the plugin
- or re-creating plugin: to re-create the plugin, go to the “Advanced” menu and click the “Re-create” button to reset it. Then, in the “Free Widget Configurator” tab, follow the setup steps again to properly configure the plugin.

You can find and copy your troubleshooting text from the “Advanced” tab, in the “Troubleshooting” box, by clicking “Copy to clipboard”.
