    The plugin is easy to configure and install. Unfortunately, there are frequent downtimes during which the plugin simply does not work. Even though new reviews are available, they are not downloaded, and a message appears stating that there are no new reviews. Unfortunately, the existing reviews are deleted, so that nothing is displayed on the website. Troubleshooting usually takes several weeks.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    We’re sorry to see you experienced some issues during the updating process.

    What we can advise you is:

    • making sure you’re using the latest verison of the plugin
    • or re-creating plugin: to re-create the plugin, go to the “Advanced” menu and click the “Re-create” button to reset it. Then, in the “Free Widget Configurator” tab, follow the setup steps again to properly configure the plugin.

    You can find and copy your troubleshooting text from the “Advanced” tab, in the “Troubleshooting” box, by clicking “Copy to clipboard”.

    Thank you, for teh replay. But I didn’t describe problems with the updates. I only wrote about my experiences using this plugin during the last two years.
